Puzzle Pang - Privacy Policy

1 Overview

Puzzle Pang (hereinafter "the App") is a casual puzzle game designed for all ages. As children are among our users, we strictly comply with child privacy protection regulations.

This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected during your use of the App and how it is processed. We prioritize the protection of children's personal information and collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the service.

2 Information We Collect

Automatically collected information (via Firebase services):

Error information occurring during app usage (Firebase Crashlytics)
Device type and operating system version
App session duration and game features used (anonymous statistics)

        Note: All information above is processed in an anonymous form that cannot identify individuals.
      

3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect the following information:

Personal contact information such as name, email, or phone number
Location data (GPS)
Camera or microphone data
Contact lists
Photos, gallery, or files
Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID)

4 Children's Privacy Protection

The App is designed for all ages, including children under 13 (U.S. COPPA) and under 14 (Korean Personal Information Protection Act).

We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children. If a parent or legal guardian believes that their child's personal information has been collected, please contact us immediately at the address below and we will delete the information.

6 Data Retention

Firebase crash logs: 90 days
Firebase analytics data: 14 months (Google default)
Game progress data: Deleted when the App is uninstalled (stored on device only)

7 Parental / Legal Guardian Rights

Parents or legal guardians may exercise the following rights:

Confirm whether their child's personal information has been collected
Request access to collected information
Request deletion of collected information
Refuse future information collection

8 Data Deletion Requests

Puzzle Pang stores game data on your device only. It is never sent to a server or tied to an account.

Delete from inside the app

        Settings → Delete My Data

        Removes stage progress, coins, the collection, and achievements. This cannot be undone.

If you uninstall the app

Uninstalling removes the game data stored on your device. No separate request is needed.

Analytics and crash data

The anonymous statistics and error reports collected by Firebase cannot identify an individual, and they are deleted automatically once their retention period ends (90 days for crash logs, 14 months for analytics). To have them removed sooner, email us below.

9 Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative security measures to protect collected information. Firebase services use Google's security infrastructure.

10 Changes to This Policy

If this policy is modified, we will notify users through app updates. Significant changes will be communicated separately upon app launch.
